Warehouse Associate

A Warehouse Associate manages daily logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. They maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse while operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using pick lists, RF scanners, or a WMS system.
  • Pack items securely and neatly in accordance with packing standards to prevent damage in transit.
  • Apply correct labels, documentation, and postage to outbound parcels.
  • Meet individual and team picking/packing rate targets consistently.
  • Follow SOP's and Work Instructions.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damaged stock, or low stock levels to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support accurate inventory management.
  • Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar logistics environment required
  • Experience using RF scanners, barcodes, or a WMS.
  • Prior forklift certification is helpful.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic mathematical and problem-solving ability, with a bias for accuracy.
  • Ability to work at pace and meet time-sensitive targets.
  • Good physical fitness with standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
