The Sr Associate Deal Ops Manager, Renewals is responsible for endtoend operational support of renewal transactions across assigned regions/segments. Sitting within the Deal Operations organization, this role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to structure, price, and process renewals accurately and on time, using Salesforce, CPQ, and CLM as core tools. This is a midlevel individual contributor role with growing autonomy on complex but welldefined deal scenarios.

About the Role

The Sr Associate Deal Ops Manager, Renewals role supports renewal deal structuring (co-terms, multi-year) within guidelines, primarily involving quote validation in Salesforce/CPQ and document generation via CLM, alongside managing Deal Ops cases. The role ensures Policy and Data Quality by applying discount guardrails and maintaining system integrity (Salesforce, CPQ, CLM) for revenue recognition. Key to this is Cross-Functional Partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal for strategy and terms, ensuring a smooth handoff to Finance/RevOps. Finally, the role drives Operational Excellence by monitoring performance, proposing process improvements, and maintaining playbooks and system feedback.

About You

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Sales Operations, or similar commercial operations role; direct renewal support experience strongly preferred.

Other Qualifications
Handson experience with Salesforce CRM, including opportunity management, quoting, and reporting.
Experience with CPQ (configuring products, pricing, discounts, and approvals) and CLM (contract templates, order forms, and amendments).
Strong understanding of SaaS commercial constructs (ACV/TCV, term changes, coterming, ramps, multiyear deals, onetime vs. recurring fees).
High attention to detail and accuracy in quotes, contracts, and system data.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; comfortable working with complex deal structures and multiple systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting Sales or Customer Success teams.
