Job description

Location: 6540 Judge Adams Road, Whitsett, NC 27377

Duration: 12 Months

Shift 1st:-6:30am to 3:30 pm-$17.50

Shift 2nd:- 3:30pm to 12:00 midnight: $19.25

Shift 3rd:- 11.00 PM to 7.30 AM $ $19.60/hr on W2

Overview:

This role focuses on hands-on assembly, testing, and component handling within a dynamic manufacturing environment, requiring strong attention to detail and manual skills. Associates in this position will initially focus on tearing down built server racks as part of a high-priority project and will later transition into standard operator roles within the production team.

Primary Focus

Perform the analysis, repair, and assembly of components and finished products to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Disassemble and tear down built server racks, ensuring proper handling and organization of recovered components and materials.

Assemble server components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies.

Operate automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testing.

Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with technical specifications.

Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols throughout all phases of production.

Log production data, document defect reports, and assist with root cause identification when issues arise.

Perform hardware testing, analysis, or replication to support failure diagnosis and rework operations.

Conduct material movement through integrated systems with accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain compliance with all Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Systems.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or technical certification required.

Experience:

Less than 1 year of relevant experience required.

Experience in electronics assembly, server hardware, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred.

Prior disassembly or mechanical teardown experience is a plus.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise component handling.

Familiarity with ESD-safe procedures and controlled environments.

Basic computer skills for data entry, tracking, and equipment interface.

Ability to lift, move, and handle server components safely.

Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and adaptability for shifting priorities
