Job Title: Operations Specialist (Corporate Hospitality & Vendor Management)
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and service-driven Operations Specialist to support daily excellence within a premier corporate dining and hospitality environment. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery, coordinate with third-party suppliers, and ensure high operational standards across all food service and hospitality touchpoints.
This is a dynamic, mid-level operational role requiring a strong hospitality mindset, solid financial acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will partner closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders, tracking supplier performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), reviewing invoices, and driving continuous service improvements. Key Responsibilities
Dining & Hospitality Operations
• Service Delivery: Support day-to-day corporate dining and hospitality operations, ensuring seamless execution, high food quality, and exceptional customer experiences.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all dining and service activities comply strictly with corporate food safety, sanitation, health, and operational standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline service workflows, optimize efficiency, and elevate the overall guest experience.
Supplier & Vendor Management
• Partner Coordination: Coordinate daily activities with third-party suppliers, catering vendors, contractors, and service partners.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor supplier performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality standards.
• Issue Resolution: Act as a key point of contact for service concerns, rapidly following up and resolving operational discrepancies.
Financial Tracking & Administration
• Invoice & Budget Support: Assist with invoice review, approval workflows, cost tracking, and basic departmental budget monitoring.
• Operational Reporting: Maintain accurate logs, service reports, vendor scorecards, and administrative records.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or equivalent vocational training preferred.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in hospitality, with focused exposure to corporate dining, food service, catering, or high-volume hospitality operations.
• Technical & Functional Mastery:
oFamiliarity with supporting third-party suppliers, vendor scorecards, and performance tracking.
oUnderstanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and baseline financial tracking.
oStrong financial acumen and cost-conscious operational mindset.
oProficiency with standard business software, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational ability; meticulous attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Exposure to invoice reconciliation, budget support, or vendor score-carding.
