Overview
Verathon® is looking for a Commercial Operations Associate to become the newest member of our Commercial Operations Team located in Bothell, WA.
The Commercial Operations Associate is responsible for various global data and pricing related tasks within the Commercial Operations team.
Responsibilities
• Draft and review customer facing contracts and amendments to existing contracts
• Provide support for the resolution of sales pricing and account related issues
• Support for the maintenance and update of the global pricing database
• Manage large imports and exports of data and ensure data quality standards are met
• Support the generation of initial contract price lists and in some instances, agreements from templates.
• Own new account approval and activation processes
• Responsible for tracking and managing our contract end of life process
• Act as a secondary point of contact for the global pricing database and contract rosters
• Act as a secondary point of contact for contract rosters
• Provide support to quickly fix production issues related to pricing or rosters
• Administrate (encompasses but is not limited to) new product set up, remove obsolete parts, update pricing, remove and add new price lists, data management, and documentation
• Assist with management of rosters for assigned IDNs and GPOs and ensure relationships are appropriately reflected in CRM and CLM.
• Provide the sales team with analytics support including data-driven insights on pricing, discounting, spend history, and deal modelling.
• Develop process documentation and propose process improvements in relation to pricing, contract management, and more
• Deliver standard and ad-hoc reporting as needed to characterize contract performance and benefit to Verathon
• Assist with the completion of RFI/RFQ/RFPs
Qualifications
• Minimum requirement of 2 years related experience or a BA/BS degree
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and be proactive, though works under close supervision
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, PowerPivot, PowerBI, and Pivot Tables
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Salesforce.com and Epicor knowledge a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to make trade-offs
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task, manage changing priorities and workload
• Able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams
Salary range - $25.90 - $33.85 (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).
Full-time employees who are not on a commission plan are eligible for Verathon's annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
