JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Product Analytics Operations Analyst to drive execution discipline across the PDLC and product launches here at iTradeNetwork.
This is a hands-on role focused on:
  • Keeping roadmap and delivery work structured and on track
  • Enforcing process, timelines, and completeness
  • Tracking and reporting product and delivery metrics
You'll work across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure smooth execution from idea โ†’ delivery โ†’ launch โ†’ adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
PDLC Execution
  • Track work across discovery โ†’ PRD โ†’ build โ†’ release
  • Ensure all items are complete, scoped, and ready
  • Follow up on gaps, delays, and missing inputs
Metrics & Reporting
  • Track roadmap progress, delivery timelines, and adoption
  • Build simple dashboards and weekly status reports
  • Flag risks and deviations early
  • Work closely with Cross functional teams to generate Business Metrics for Product Team
Roadmap Operations
  • Support quarterly planning and readiness checks
  • Maintain a single source of truth across tools (Jira/JPD)
GTM & Launch Tracking
  • Ensure launch checklists are complete (enablement, comms, etc.)
  • Coordinate across Product, Marketing, Sales, CS for execution
Cross-Team Coordination
  • Drive status updates, unblock dependencies, and ensure alignment
  • Support operating cadences (reviews, check-ins, updates)
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics or related field.
  • 2-3 years in Product Ops, Analytics, Biz Ops, or similar
  • Strong execution and follow-through
  • Comfortable with data, metrics, and dashboards
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar tools
  • Clear communication and ability to work across teams
