01:00 PM - 11:45 PM - Sat and Sun
We are partnering with a leading financial institution seeking detail-oriented Operations Support Associates to join a high-volume banking operations team in Philadelphia. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured, production-based work, have strong attention to detail, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
In this role, you will support the processing of financial transactions, documentation, and customer correspondence while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and compliance with established procedures. Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming payments, documents, and customer correspondence accurately and efficiently.
