Walton Enterprises isย seekingย a skilled, highlyย motivatedย and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to manage workstreamsย and projects, conduct advanced analysis, andย drive strategic and operational coordination across the enterprise.ย 

About the Positionย 

Own workstreams and advanced analysis across strategic, financial, and operational topics; prepare governance materials and contribute to enterprise processes while mentoring teammates.ย 

What youย will doย 

As a Senior Associate, you will take ownership of defined workstreams and deliverables within cross-functionalย andย client facingย projects. You will conduct advanced analysis,ย lead cross-functional and client projects,ย prepare governance materials that inform leadership decisions, and contribute early insightsย inย team discussions. You will also guideย peersย by reviewing their work and providing informal coaching to support both quality and professional growth.ย ย 

Responsibilitiesย ย 

  • Manage cross-functionalย andย client facingย projects, taking ownership of deliverables with limited oversight.ย 
  • Conduct advanced analysis to inform decision-making across strategic, financial, and operational topics.ย 
  • Prepare and draft governance materials (e.g., Board decks, principal briefings) for review by leadership.ย 
  • Support enterprise-wide processes such as annual planning, performance tracking, or special initiatives.ย 
  • Lead components of household operational projects, coordinatingย stakeholdersย and ensuringย timelyย execution.ย 
  • Provide early-stage thought partnership by contributing analysis, insights, and options in leadership discussions.ย 
  • Collaborate with Associates, providing informal guidance and quality control on work outputs.ย 
  • Supportย adoptionย and integration of enterprise systems into team workflows.ย
