ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Guest Services and Workplace Services teams. In this newly created role, key responsibilities will include:

  • The day-to-day management of the tasks and workflow that the team is required to deliver, ensuing the most appropriate resources are deployed
  • Leading, coaching and developing a highly regarded and experienced team
  • Assessing current processes and ways of working to creatively identify where improvements can be made or suggesting new, innovative ways of delivering first-class customer service
  • Ensuring the smooth running and technical wellbeing of the office, which includes building relationships with third part suppliers
  • Liaising with global teams located in other European and global offices to share ideas and collaborate on special projects
  • Providing a first class, customer service-oriented workplace experience to our lawyers, staff and clients
