  • Build dashboards, reports, and lightweight AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, visibility, and decision-making across the AI@Work portfolio.
  • Help define, track, and report on AI use cases, success metrics, adoption KPIs, and value-realization outcomes.
  • Partner with functional AI Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are executed effectively, remain compliant, and evolve with changing business needs.

Executive Communications & Program Management
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders and executive teams.
  • Create compelling dashboards, visualizations, presentations, and executive updates that communicate progress, risks, business value, and key decisions.
  • Support cross-functional programs from strategy through execution by tracking milestones, managing stakeholder alignment, monitoring outcomes, and driving accountability across workstreams.

AI Innovation & Team Effectiveness
  • Continuously identify new ways to leverage AI tools, agents, and emerging technologies to increase the effectiveness of the Strategy & Operations team.
  • Experiment with and rapidly adopt new AI capabilities that improve research, analysis, content creation, decision support, and knowledge sharing.
  • Help establish the team as a best-in-class example of AI-enabled work by embedding AI into everyday processes and workflows.
  • Operate with a startup mindset, finding ways for a lean team to deliver outsized impact, scale influence, and increase organizational effectiveness through technology and automation.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, analytics, finance, corporate strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong academic credentials from a leading undergraduate or graduate program with a demonstrated record of achievement.
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and executive-ready narratives.
