Job description

Title: Web Developer with OpenText Ex-stream and CCM Experience
Location: Dallas, Tx (Hybrid - 3 days)
Hiring Type: Fulltime
Mandatory Exp : OpenText Ex-stream and CCM (Customer Communications Management)
Technical skills
• Professional level Java web and service development skills typically built through 8 years of applicable experience developing in Java Spring.
• Strong expertise on OpenText Exstream and Customer Communications Management systems
• Experience participating as a member of a scrum team in an agile environment
• Experience with Distributed applications Unix Shell scripting and batch applications
• Experience with CCM best practices in both digital web email SMS mobile and traditional print delivery channels including design considerations for both ex dynamic content scaling on mobile realtime vs batch delivery by channel considerations for print insertion operational efficiencies etc
• Strong understanding of high volume batch processing job scheduling horizontal and vertical scaling concepts and best practices
• Experience with CICD Pipelines using Jenkins Bamboo etc and Source code repositories like Git Bitbucket etc
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to engage in synergetic application and platform architecture design sessions
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
• Enthusiastic relationship builder ability to partner multifunctionally and work efficiently with different levels and functions within an organization.
• Experienced in working with Geographically dispersed team that operates across time zones
• Bachelor's degree in computer Engineering OR related degree and or practical experience.
Preferred Technical Qualifications
• Experience with development on OpenText Exstream Customer Communication Management Systems and document rendering
