ROLE_DESCRIPTION -

  • Assist in the design, development, implementation, and support of complex customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream Cloud Native.
  • Develop and manage Exstream applications within a containerized architecture using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Architect and build robust, scalable, and secure integrations between Exstream and other enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs.
  • Create, modify, and manage sophisticated document templates, logic, and workflows using Exstream Communications Designer, Empower, and other related components.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and effective solutions.
  • Establish and maintain CICD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment of Exstream applications in the Azure cloud environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in CCM, cloud computing, and container orchestration.
  • 10 years of professional software development experience.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with the OpenText Exstream platform, including significant experience with recent versions (v23.4 or higher).
  • Demonstrated experience developing and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment.
  • OpenText Exstream Expertise in Communications Designer, Empower, Communication Server, and document composition production workflows
  • Cloud Platform Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services.
  • Containerization Hands-on experience with Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for application deployment, scaling, and management.
  • DevOps Experience with CICD tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins).
  • Programming Scripting Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and familiarity with programming languages such as Java or C.
