Position Summary:Job Summary: The Associate Onboarding Manager (CSM I) is a customer-facing role that supports our OSO (Ongoing Supplier Onboarding) customer base by executing supplier onboarding activities for a portfolio of buying organizations. This role partners with the Customer Success Manager/Executive and Account Director to keep suppliers moving through onboarding, engages directly with buying organizations to resolve status inquiries and submission errors, and builds toward account-level ownership of onboarding strategy over time.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties

  • Serve as a customer-facing point of contact for buying organizations on supplier onboarding status and inquiries
  • Execute supplier onboarding activities that drive supplier readiness and buying organization satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot onboarding issues as they arise
  • Participate in weekly status and escalation calls with buying organizations
  • Send weekly onboarding status reports to assigned accounts
  • Update supplier statuses in Community to keep records accurate

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Proven ability to engage cross-functionally
  • Solution-oriented thinker with the ability to execute on ideas
  • Previous client or customer-facing experience
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
