The Occupational Therapist is responsible and accountable for residentsโ evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions.
Develops and revises plan of care based on the residentsโ needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plan. Plans for residentsโ discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residentsโ needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.
Qualifications Required
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, in good standing.
- Bachelorโs degree.
