Eden Senior Care, founded in 2016, is a growing Healthcare Management company, focused on managing and operating Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Alabama. Edenbrook St. Cloud promotes and encourages the success of each of its employees and values the individual experience of its guests and their families.

Edenbrook St. Cloud, a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is now hiring a Fill-Time Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations!

Position: Occupational Therapist - (Full Time or PRN)

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide quality Occupational therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, in accordance with established standards of practice, therapy department procedures, and productivity standards.
  • To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation and conduct specialized evaluations as indicated.
  • To supervise and direct Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in the implementation of the treatment plan.
  • Apply interventions to maximize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL)
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and train in its use
  • Guide and educate family members and caregivers
  • Observe, note, and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program.
  • Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing.
  • Experience in skilled nursing, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
