***We are unable to sponsor as this is a permanent full-time role***

***Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote***

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Cisco switching, routing, firewalls, load balancing, wireless, DNS, NTP, Windows and Linux server administration, authentication platforms such as Cisco ISE, TACACS, and OOB console switches.
  • Managing the cloud environments in OCI and MS Azure.
  • Experience with current WAN and LAN network standards and security best practices.
  • Experience with Cisco hardware platforms such as Catalyst 9000, Cisco ACI, Cisco ASR, F5 Big IP LTM/GTM/APM, Cisco FTD/FMC, and Illumio Core.
  • Ability to manage structured wiring, both copper and fiber optic.
  • Expertise with controller based wireless network standards and best practices, and the ability to monitor and troubleshoot these networks.
  • Basic scripting techniques and the ability to automate processes to implement and manage the network environment effectively.
  • Experience with support and implementation of Site to Site, SSL, and IPsec VPN remote access.
  • Experience with network management, alerting, and reporting tools such as Cisco FMC, Solarwinds NPM/NCM, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco Stealthwatch.
  • Experience with network protocol analysis tools such as wireshark and NetScout Ngenius.
  • Utilize Service Now for service request and incident handling, change management, and vulnerability management.
  • Specific tools/technologies:EIGRP, BGP, BFD, route manipulation, VSS, VPC, RSTP, GETVPN, IOSXE, NxOS, Cisco AnyConnect VPN, 5520/9800 wireless controllers, TACACS/RADIUS, syslog, netflow,

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in large campus environment is preferred.
  • Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, Azure network engineer associate are preferred.
