Credit One Bank - Management Associate Program

Program Summary

The Management Associate Program (MAP) is a premier two-year rotational leadership development program designed for recent master's graduates seeking to accelerate their careers within the financial industry. Through a series of four structured rotations across key business areas including Information Technology, Marketing, Operations, Treasury & Finance, Risk Management, and other critical functions, associates gain broad business exposure and a comprehensive understanding of the bank's operations.

The program is designed to challenge and develop high-potential talent through meaningful project work, strategic initiatives, and direct interaction with leaders across the organization. By combining diverse experiences, professional development opportunities, and leadership exposure, MAP equips associates with the skills, business acumen, and strategic perspective needed to succeed in future leadership and management roles across the bank.

Position Requirements:

  • Must have completed a Master’s degree or MBA in a quantitative or technical discipline by January 2027.
  • Must be a recent graduate, having completed a Master’s degree within the following time frame: August 2025 – January 2027.  
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in pursuit of Master’s Degree.
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience.
  • Earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, decision science, data science, mathematics, information management, information systems, computer science, computer engineering, statistics, or a related field.
  • Must be able and willing to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, beginning on January 11, 2027.

Preferred:

  • Three to five (3-5) years of work experience in the consumer credit card industry.
  • Three to five (3-5) years of work experience in financial services.
  • Previous managerial experience.

 

Program Dates:

January 11, 2027 – January 12, 2029
