Work Environment

In this role, you will work remotely, participating in collaborative video consultations with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough preliminary interviews with clients, ensuring meticulous documentation from initial consultations to the conclusion of treatment.
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of mental, emotional, and behavioral health to assess each client's specific needs.
  • Develop tailored intervention and recovery plans for a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Facilitate weekly individual and group therapy sessions to provide ongoing support and motivation.
  • Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring effective pathways to recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to implement cohesive and effective intervention strategies.
  • Follow up with medical staff for clients who require hospitalization, ensuring a smooth continuation of care during transitions.

Qualifications
