Job description

DASMEN Residential is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will be a key part of the burgeoning Marketing department, focusing on driving brand awareness for our apartment communities and overall company image.
Responsibilities
  • Create marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, logos, and social media posts using Adobe Photoshop and Indesign
  • Produce social media content and respond to online reviews.
  • Work directly with property managers to review marketing strategies that will increase online traffic to the community.
  • Coordinate and promote events for properties by hiring vendors, promoting on social media and ordering print marketing.
  • Develop and send email blasts through constant contact.
  • Design PowerPoint presentations to promote communities.
  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc) to strengthen DASMEN’s presence in the market.
  • Maintain the workflow of requesting, creating, editing, and retiring content.
  • Build property’s Wordpress websites and manage digital assets.
  • Promote brand awareness through social media for properties as well as support corporate social media initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing templates and content, making edits when necessary.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all social media platform postings for each property.
  • Research and explore new marketing initiatives and campaigns for properties.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Ensure specials and pricing are updated on all advertisements for all properties.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills
  • Proven experience in marketing
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
  • Experience in marketing collateral design
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Photoshop or InDesign is a plus.
