Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Raritan, NJ is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their expanding team.  
 
Job Title: Marketing Coordinator / Pharma Industry (Hybrid Work)
Duration: 4+ months contract, extendable up to 24 Months
Location: Raritan, NJ
Hybrid work: 3 days/ week Onsite

This is a Marketing Admin role
Looking for candidates who want to get into Marketing / Sales 
Looking at candidates who are "green" with fresh experience
Must be energetic and willing to learn
Must be willing to connect with Stakeholders to get things done
Will work with brand managers about content, and work with the agencies as well
Will be working with Shipping Samples, and will travel with team when needed (not very often)
Will work with 4-5 different brand leads and will work with getting tasks done

Description: 
The Associate Marketing Specialist will be support activities for Global Strategic Marketing team, which includes:
Assisting with marketing plans for brand activities/initiatives such Global Surgicel Week.
Lead the preparation and planning for KOL engagement conferences / congresses.
Support digital Education campaigns and assets, manage timelines/deliverables, and participate in content reviews.
Update existing/create new marketing collaterals based on our new brand guidelines.
Assist in production of marketing materials and maintain records for approvals.
Partner with GSM and cross functional teams to ensure timely project deliverables.

The Associate Marketing Specialist will need to prioritize based on objectives, revise plans as changes occur and new tasks added, maintain accurate and up-to-date files and business records, multi-task with attention to accuracy and details, and maintain consistent and effective follow-up systems.
