Trove Brands is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Associate Email Marketing Manager to support the continued growth of the Owala direct-to-consumer (DTC) business through lifecycle marketing and customer engagement initiatives.

In this role, you will help manage and optimize email and SMS marketing programs, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned with business objectives and designed to drive engagement, retention, and revenue. You will work closely with digital marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to execute campaigns, improve lifecycle journeys, and leverage data insights to continuously optimize performance.

This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives in a performance-focused environment and enjoys combining strategy, analytics, and execution to deliver meaningful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, and deploy email and SMS campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize automated lifecycle flows including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and retention programs.
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand messaging, marketing calendars, and business goals.
Performance Optimization & Testing
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
  • Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, creative, segmentation strategies, and send timing to improve campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven insights.
  • Build and manage audience segmentation strategies to deliver relevant and personalized customer experiences.
  • Leverage behavioral and purchase data to optimize targeting and messaging across lifecycle campaigns.
  • Support the development of customer journey strategies that enhance engagement across the marketing funnel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with creative teams to develop engaging email and SMS content and design.
  • Work with digital marketing teams to ensure lifecycle campaigns align with paid media, website promotions, and overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate with product, brand, and merchandising teams to support key launches and campaigns.
Platform Management & Reporting
  • Manage campaigns within email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar lifecycle marketing tools.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of lifecycle initiatives.
  • Develop regular reports and performance insights to guide future marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM marketing, preferably within DTC or e-commerce environments.
  • Experience managing email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing performance metrics and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
