Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated junior professional to support our market strategy and content efforts. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to help produce timely market insights, develop client-facing materials, conduct investment research, and enhance our overall thought leadership platform. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, visually strong with presentations/charts, and passionate about markets and investing.

An ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset with interest in how market insights support client engagement and business growth.  The ideal candidate will also have a positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn and be comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders.  We also seek those who think creatively to help modernize and elevate content delivery.  The successful candidate in this role will be a trusted extension of the senior strategy team, working to improve quality and consistency across our clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in researching macroeconomic trends, markets, asset classes, and investment themes.
  • Support development of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc market commentary.
  • Build charts, graphs, and data visualizations for presentations and client materials.
  • Maintain recurring market dashboards, performance summaries, and economic calendars.
  • Help prepare senior team members for client meetings, internal presentations, and media opportunities.
  • Monitor daily market developments and summarize key takeaways for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to development of differentiated content offerings, including reports, presentations, videos, and digital commentary.
  • Partner with investment, sales, and relationship teams to respond to client inquiries and market-related requests.
  • Ensure materials are accurate, polished, and delivered on time.

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

  • 1-4 years of experience in investment strategy, asset management, private banking, research, or related financial services roles.
  • Strong interest in financial markets, economics, and investing.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience creating professional charts and presentations.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar, or similar market data tools preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. CFA progress is a plus.

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
