5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Our business is booming and our workforce is expanding!  Morgan Advanced Materials, located in Twinsburg, Ohio just a short drive from Cleveland, is actively hiring Production Associates on First Shift.If you enjoy working in a diverse workplace with a focus on safety and quality, please apply to join our team today.  Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing, packing and inspecting products.
  • Operating various machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English.
  • Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required).

  • Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
  • Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be a:
    • Citizen of the United States, or
    • Permanent resident alien of the United States, or
