Job Overview
This role supports store leadership to develop and guide the retail team in delivering customer-focused service and sales outcomes. It involves leading team members to meet customer needs through effective coaching, training, and operational management. The role emphasizes maintaining store standards, product knowledge, and adherence to retail procedures to drive performance. Success is measured by team achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The work directly influences customer experience and contributes to the overall financial and operational success of the retail location.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence
  • Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance
  • Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards
  • Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives
  • Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination
  • Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)
