As Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing, you will help bring Campbell’s iconic brands to life through culturally relevant creator partnerships and social-first storytelling. You will support influencer programs that build awareness, engagement, credibility, and measurable impact across The Campbell’s Company portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social platforms, loves creator culture, and can keep programs moving through strong organization, clear communication, and sound judgment. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator who is curious about trends, comfortable working with data, and not afraid to bring creative ideas to influencer executions.

What you will do
  • Influencer Program Execution · Execute influencer marketing programs aligned to brand awareness, engagement, conversion, and business goals.
  • Translate brand objectives, consumer insights, and cultural trends into clear influencer briefs and campaign plans.
  • Coordinate timelines, content reviews, product shipments, approvals, posting schedules, and deliverables.
  • Connect influencer work with social, PR, media, shopper, and brand marketing activity.
  • Contribute timely, brand-right ideas for creator activations.
  • Creator Identification, Outreach & Relationship Support · Research and recommend creators, culinary voices, lifestyle influencers, experts, tastemakers, and emerging talent that align with brand goals and audience needs.
  • Maintain creator lists, influencer databases, campaign trackers, and performance records.
  • Support outreach, briefing, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding with agencies, procurement, legal, and internal stakeholders.
  • Build positive working relationships with creators, agency partners, and internal teams through clear communication and reliable follow-through.
  • Campaign Operations & Agency Partnership · Manage day-to-day campaign logistics across multiple influencer programs, keeping budgets, approvals, and deliverables organized.
  • Work with influencer agencies and vendors to support high-quality execution and clear communication.
  • Help move contracts, scopes of work, payment details, and usage rights through the appropriate processes.
  • Identify process improvements that make influencer programs more efficient, consistent, and scalable.
  • Trend Awareness & Cultural Fluency · Stay close to creator culture, platform behaviors, food trends, social conversations, and emerging content formats.
  • Monitor competitor and category influencer activity to identify best practices, whitespace opportunities, and new ideas for Campbell’s brands.
  • Help evaluate whether creator content feels authentic, brand-safe, inclusive, and relevant to the intended audience.

What you bring to the table (must haves)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, creator partnerships, public relations, communications, brand marketing, or a related field.
It would be great if you have (nice to haves)
  • Experience supporting or executing influencer campaigns, including creator identification, briefing, content review, tracking, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging creator ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with influencer contracts, usage rights, content licensing, and paid creator amplification.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into recommendations.
  • Experience within CPG.
  • Passion for food culture, cooking, meal preparation, snacking trends, entertaining, and consumer food behaviors.
  • Experience with CreatorIQ, Aspire IQ, Traackr, or other creator marketing platforms.
  • Experience supporting social commerce, shopper marketing, retail media, or e-commerce initiatives.
  • Experience with social listening, trend forecasting, audience insights, or competitive benchmarking tools.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $92,900-$127,700 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
  • Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
  • In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
