Role Summary: The Associate, Category Manager - Alcoholic Beverages will be an essential part of the Food & Beverage team, supporting the growth and enhancement of our alcohol business.

They will be responsible for contributing to and implementing strategies surrounding the growth of this category. This role will engage with several departments including (but not limited to): Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Purchasing. The Manager will work with Food and Beverage leadership as well as external partners to develop and execute both longer term and short-term growth strategies.

Responsibilities: Deep dive into Alcohol analytics to provide feedback to F&B Leadership and develop actionable growth strategies Manage day-to-day relationship with Alcohol partners Collaborate on the operational support of Cinemark Alcohol Equipment and products Work closely with Theatres to troubleshoot and resolve local Alcohol issues Work with Alcohol partners to ensure continuous supply movement Work with Alcohol partners to align on initiatives and In-Theatre promotions that support category growth and meet category goals Ensure operational compliance of all legal requirements associated with alcohol sales and service Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required 3+ years of direct and hands-on experience in food and beverage or CPG category management Alcoholic beverage category management experience or knowledge is a plus Food and Beverage Operations experience is a plus Ability to identify sales and industry trends and opportunities for growth through data analysis Strategic planning and creative thinking in driving continued category growth Ability to develop strong working relationships with both partners and other business units Proven success in team and cross-functional collaboration Strong prioritization and time management skills Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, for external and internal purposes Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment Benefits Available: At Cinemark, we believe every team member should feel like a hero.
