How You Will Make an Impact

  • Oversee daily fund administration operations including processing investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, andmaintainingaccurateinvestor records.
  • Ensure compliance with AML andduediligencerequirements by reviewing documentation, resolving issues, and supporting adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Manage investor reporting and communications, ensuringtimelydelivery of statements, notices, and responses to investor or client inquiries.

Required Experience

  • Master's degree,Bachelordegree or High school diploma with 5 years of related experience.
  • Experience in Fund Administration or Investor Services.Several years ofhandsonexperience working with hedge funds, private equity funds, or alternative investment clients, with solid understanding of investor transactions and reporting.
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC and Regulatory Requirements.Strong working knowledge ofantimoneylaundering rules, investor due diligence processes, and applicable financial regulations.
  • Leadership and Team Management Skills.Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support a team of technical or professional staff, including handling escalations and guiding daily workflows.
  • Analytical and ProblemSolving Ability.Proven capability to resolve complex operational issues, interpret data or documentation, and make sound decisions within established policies.
