What You'll Do

As a Catering Delivery Driver & Production Team Member, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every catering order is prepared accurately and delivered on time.

Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare catering orders according to Newk's quality standards
  • Assemble trays, boxed lunches, beverages, utensils, and condiments
  • Verify every order for completeness and accuracy before leaving the restaurant
  • Safely deliver catering orders to businesses, schools, hospitals, and special events
  • Set up catering displays professionally when requested
  • Provide exceptional customer service during every delivery
  • Communicate professionally with guests and restaurant leadership
  • Maintain a clean, organized catering and prep area
  • Assist with food preparation during slower delivery periods
  • Help stock inventory and prepare for future catering events
  • Support front-of-house and kitchen teams as business needs require
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Drive safely while representing the Newk's brand professionally
