  • Diagnose root causes of complex, systemic issues and guide teams through structured problem‑solving.
  • Synthesize findings into clear, high‑impact insights that inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Ensure analytical rigor, relevance, and consistency across project teams.

Leadership and People Development

  • Coach, mentor, and develop talent at multiple levels through regular feedback and sponsorship.
  • Foster high‑performing, inclusive teams built on trust, accountability, and learning.
  • Model self‑awareness, situational judgment, and adaptive leadership in high‑stakes environments.
  • Support talent identification, development planning, and internal advancement.

Communication and Executive Presence

  • Lead high‑impact communication with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Present complex analyses and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior leaders and executives.
  • Adjust message, tone, and framing in real time to drive alignment and decision‑making.
  • Bring cross‑client insights and experience to elevate strategic dialogue.

Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving

  • Identify systemic strategic, operational, and performance challenges affecting healthcare organizations.
  • Apply advanced problem‑solving methods to shape practical, client‑ready solutions.
  • Anticipate long‑term risks and opportunities and guide mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously refine tools, approaches, and processes to improve engagement effectiveness.

Business Development and Firm Contribution

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships and service offerings.
  • Contribute to proposal development, pitches, and strategic pursuits.
  • Help manage portfolios of client relationships that lead to repeat and expanded work.
  • Support or lead initiatives that strengthen ECG’s market presence and internal capabilities.
