Associate Attorney - Workers Compensation

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our Workers' Compensation Defense practice. This is a fully remote position available to candidates residing anywhere in Florida. The successful candidate will manage an independent caseload while collaborating closely with a seasoned Partner to develop litigation strategies and provide high-quality representation to our clients.

This role is designed for a practitioner looking to deepen their expertise within a sophisticated, well-established team. We value precision in legal writing and technical proficiency in medical record analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters from inception through resolution.

  • Partner with senior attorneys to execute complex litigation strategies and client consultations.

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of medical records to guide case development and liability assessments.

  • Draft substantive legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.

  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, carriers, and employers to ensure strategic alignment.

  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy within a collaborative remote environment.

Qualifications
