This position will be responsible for supporting Strategic Accounts, existing and new. This segment is expanding rapidly and requires the attention and support of a focused key account manager. This role will coordinate and communicate the roll-out of initiatives for new and existing strategic accounts. This role must work closely with key stakeholders (internally and externally) to execute on agreement initiatives to ensure the highest quality customer experience. Collaboration with sales teams and internal departments will be essential. This individual will focus on supporting the Straumann Group Orthodontic business along with digital and Dental Monitoring. This role will also Coordinate Strategic Accounts Marketing, Training and Education initiatives across NAM.

Major Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Have in-depth knowledge of Clear Correct products
  • Monitor Strategic Account performance by group, by doctor, by region
  • Maintain accurate account set up in CRM
  • Maintain Strategic Account doctors and offices list (add and remove doctors as needed)
  • Work with DSO team members, Clear Correct Sales managers and Territory managers to ensure Strategic Accounts are receiving appropriate service and support
  • Coordinate and ensure the onboarding of new and/or updated agreements
  • Coordinate the Strategic Accounts marketing initiatives per account and collaborate with marketing team to develop content per Strategic Account
  • Coordinate the Strategic Accounts education initiatives and collaborate with Straumann education team to deliver tailored education for Strategic Account (as needed)
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to update RSD/ISM and TMs on strategy, initiatives, and updates
  • Provide training for doctors and staff as needed to support sales teams
  • Support Inside DSO TM's with providing leads, training, and support
  • Attend DSO customer meetings as required
  • Provide DSO training to TMs as required by RSD/ISM
  • Support internal departments to manage agreement process
  • Attend Strategic Account conferences as needed
  • Regular use of all sales tools, such SalesForce CRM, to effectively plan and measure sales activities for DSO accounts
  • Routinely maintain internal and external reports for DSO accounts
  • 40% travel throughout North America (US and Canada) to include overnights
  • Other administrative duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years in a Customer Success or Practice Implementation role within a dental organization
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in a sales environment
  • 3+ years of prior experience working in a dental or clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively adapt to the needs of the overall DSO customers and strategy
  • Highly collaborative and a strong consensus builder, capable of exercising positive influence in driving outcomes and negotiating solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under deadline pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player and strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstration of the player/learner mindset
  • Ability to learn and support new digital products and workflows

Base salary: $120,000+/Annually, commission potential up to $40,000 (100% on target achievement). The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position. Vehicle reimbursement plus mileage is also provided.
