We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain our next-generation web applications and APIs. This role requires a strong background in developing robust, scalable solutions on AWS, with a specific focus on integrating and utilizing AI/ML services to enhance product functionality and user experience. You will be a technical leader, responsible for driving architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, high-performing applications.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and develop scalable APIs and web services using modern frameworks and programming languages, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security - with a focus on microservices and serverless technologies.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain responsive, component-based web applications using React-based frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Vue.js).
  • Integrate and leverage AWS AI/ML services such as Amazon SageMaker, Rekognition, Polly, and others to enhance applications with predictive analytics, image analysis, and natural language processing.
  • Create and deploy web-based GPT clients that securely communicate with backend Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to orchestrate AI models and external data sources.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues around performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in web development, AI, and AWS to continuously innovate.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack web and API development.
  • Deep expertise in modern cloud development on AWS, including services such as Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, ECS, and S3
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration, including working with platforms like Claude, OpenAI, or Cursor to power intelligent workflows and internal tooling
  • Familiarity with LLM prompt design, AI orchestration patterns, and how to design fallback/recovery logic around external model APIs
  • Strong backend programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java, with a solid understanding of microservices and RESTful APIs
  • Proficiency in frontend frameworks, including React.js, Next.js, and related JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to replace or rearchitect legacy platforms with scalable, cloud-native systems tailored to internal business needs
  • Experience with both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with product managers, CRM devs, and data engineers

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
  • Experience in ad sales, media scheduling, or linear traffic systems
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with DevOps tooling (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer - Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty).
  • Knowledge of data pipeline design for AI/ML inference or analytics
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
