Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Windsor, ON
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.60
Shift: Midnights (11pm-7am)
Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe handling of all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, organizing, packaging, and shipping inventory. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process, package, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.

  • Organize, stock, and maintain inventory; assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliations.

  • Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before shipping or stocking.

  • Examine incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy and quality of materials.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse space to support productivity and safety.

  • Receive, unload, and appropriately place incoming inventory items.

  • Check, verify, and fulfill customer invoices accurately.

  • Abide by all company safety, hygiene, and operational policies and regulations.

  • Contribute ideas to improve warehouse procedures, efficiency, and accuracy.

  • Communicate effectively with warehouse, transportation, and management teams regarding any issues affecting operations or customer satisfaction.

  • Flexibility: Be available to work overtime or additional shifts as required to meet business needs.


Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve issues as they arise.

  • High initiative and self-motivation with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Physical ability to lift, move, and carry items as needed (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]).

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems preferred.

  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus.
