Job description

Key Responsibilities

Counter Sales & Customer Service

  • Customer Assistance: Promptly assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries, provide necessary information, and process orders.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales and returns accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales counter and showroom area.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve sales and operational goals, upholding a professional and ethical demeanor.

Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse Operations

  • Receiving & Stocking: Promptly unload trucks and deliveries, verify contents against manifests, and efficiently sort and stock receivables in their designated locations.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments for timely delivery to customers, adhering to all safety and packing standards.
  • Inventory Management: Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments, performing tasks such as scanning inventory and participating in accurate cycle counts.
  • Logistics: Collaborate with logistics technicians and service providers to resolve shipment discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
