The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.The Senior Director, Real Estate Development drives effective sourcing and project management of construction projects in partnership with multiple onsite Finance, Operations, and Construction teams. This role helps the team succeed by creating a plan that streamlines our expansion processes and focuses on operational efficiency.
