Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor

We are seeking an Dynamic Commercial Advisor to deliver outstanding service to our clients. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who is passionate about brining clients the best coverage options to protect What Matter Most to their business needs. How You Will Contribute:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial clients to understand their insurance needs

- Sell and renew insurance to business in the community and the region

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products to maximize client coverage and company revenue

- Provide expert advice on various commercial insurance policies, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and more

- Prepare and present insurance proposals, quotes, and policy options to clients

- Assist clients with policy renewals, claims, and ongoing service inquiries

- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting commercial insurance

- Collaborate with underwriters and account managers to ensure accurate and timely policy issuance

- Uphold the highest standards of personal conduct


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)

- Minimum of 3 - 5+ years of insurance sales experience

- Active 220 Property & Casualty license

- Valid Driver's License

- Good Motor Vehicle Record and maintain minimum insurance coverages

- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or related insurance roles

- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and industry regulations

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

- Strong organizational and time management skills
