The Role:

  1. Lead Generation: Actively identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, and digital marketing efforts.
  2. Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients, educate them about the agency's insurance offerings, and establish rapport to create lasting business relationships.
  3. Needs Assessment: Understand the insurance needs of potential clients by conducting thorough assessments and consultations.
  4. Solution Presentation: Present tailored insurance solutions to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and providing them with the information required to make informed decisions.
  5. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met while demonstrating the agency's commitment to exceptional service.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  7. Sales Support: Working alongside a dedicated mentor, collaborate with the sales team to transition leads into clients and assist in the onboarding process.

The Tools:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business development or sales role
