Job description

Price Automotive Group is now hiring a full-time Accounting Clerk.  

NO DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Monday -  Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities Include:

  • Enter, edit, review and post accounting entries for service, parts, and body shop.
  • Process and reconcile daily deposits from sales, service, parts, and body shop. 
  • Receipt checks into automate (service, body shop, insurance, parts, A/R, etc.).
  • Review and keep assigned schedules up to date.
  • Assist controllers with daily, weekly, monthly and end-of-month tasks.
  • Process check requests
  • Accounts Payable (Backup role)
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
