Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Auburn, CA. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our existing clients by providing exceptional service, conducting policy reviews, and helping customers ensure they have the right coverage as their needs change.

What You'll Do
As an Insurance Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service while building long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage updates.
- Conduct proactive policy reviews to ensure customers have the appropriate protection for their changing needs.
- Educate clients on coverage options, discounts, and available insurance solutions.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer accounts through additional products and bundled coverage when appropriate.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Process policy transactions accurately and maintain detailed customer records.
- Partner with agency team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Insurance agency experience preferred but not required.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus or willingness to obtain after hire.
