About the Role:
The Medical Assistant in this role will provide comprehensive clinical and administrative support within an otolaryngology and allergy/immunology practice. The primary objective is to facilitate efficient patient care by preparing patients for examinations, assisting healthcare providers during procedures, and managing diagnostic testing related to allergies and immunological conditions. Minimum Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification recognized in the United States.
- Demonstrated knowledge of otolaryngology and allergy/immunology diagnostic procedures.
- Experience with specimen collection, processing, and sterilization techniques.
- Proficiency in using medical instruments relevant to the specialty.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working alongside nurse practitioners in a clinical setting.
- Additional certification or training in allergy and immunology diagnostics.

Responsibilities:
