• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that prioritize patient needs and goals.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress meticulously in accordance with organizational protocol and standards.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions and case consultations to ensure high-quality care and professional growth.

As a counselor, your role will be pivotal in advocating for their needs, enabling recovery, and fostering resilience.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Current registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Social Worker (ASW), or Clinical Professional Counselor Intern (CPC-Intern) in the state of Nevada.
• A demonstrated ability to formulate treatment plans and deliver culturally sensitive mental health care.
• Strong organizational skills and a capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health settings, preferably in outpatient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes.

The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field. You will also benefit from full medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
