Inspire Life, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Associate Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team. This full-time position, based remotely, focuses on serving clients within a community health clinic setting in vibrant Las Vegas, Nevada. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, engaging with clients in both individual and group therapy sessions while enhancing their clinical acumen through direct supervision and training.

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and therapy goals.
• Implementing and adjusting personalized treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster healing and growth.
• Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in accordance with both state regulations and organizational quality standards.
• Engaging in regular clinical supervision sessions to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance therapeutic skills.
• Participating in in-house training and workshops to remain current in mental health trends and methodologies.
• Coordinating care effectively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure holistic support for clients.
• Upholding ethical standards and confidentiality across all professional interactions to build trust with clients.

The Associate Mental Health Counselor will primarily support adults and adolescents facing a broad array of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and behavioral challenges. Our clients often come from diverse backgrounds and may require culturally sensitive approaches in their treatment. Team members are expected to embrace inclusivity and adapt therapeutic practices to meet the unique needs of each individual.

• An active associate registration in Nevada as an AMFT, ASW, or CPC-Intern is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is mandatory; however, candidates with a Master’s degree will be prioritized.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional, dependable, and client-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to manage and track a consistent caseload effectively while adhering to deadlines.

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting, particularly within a community health framework.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Previous experience in group therapy facilitation is beneficial.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience and education.
