Position Summary:
The Senior Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across the Syufy Enterprises portfolio, including Villa Sport Athletic Clubs, Villa Sport Fitness, SyRES Properties, West Wind Drive-Ins, Santa Cruz Cinema, Peacock Gap Golf Club, and future growth brands. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and partnering closely with the Digital Marketing Director, this role leads day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, websites, CRM programs, lead generation initiatives, reporting, SEO, reputation management, and AI-enabled marketing programs that drive measurable business results.
The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing expertise with an AI-first mindset, leveraging emerging technologies to improve campaign performance, workflow efficiency, customer acquisition, customer retention, and marketing scalability across a diverse portfolio of brands.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, social, display, email, SMS, and emerging digital channels.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Director to support digital strategy and performance across multiple brands.
  • Manage lead generation initiatives and marketing funnels that drive memberships, ticket sales, leasing activity, reservations, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, conversion metrics, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
  • Support website management, content updates, UX improvements, landing page creation, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage email marketing, marketing automation, CRM campaigns, and customer journey initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive research, market analysis, audience research, and customer insight projects.
  • Support SEO, local search optimization, reputation management, review platforms, and AI search visibility initiatives.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging marketing technologies to accelerate research, campaign development, reporting, content creation, workflow automation, and overall marketing effectiveness while maintaining brand quality and governance.
  • Evaluate and recommend new digital marketing technologies and AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with creative, operations, property, club, entertainment, and leadership teams.
  • Assist with acquisitions, new business ventures, lease-ups, club openings, grand openings, and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain dashboards and provide regular performance reporting and recommendations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, CRM, performance marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, SMS, and customer acquisition channels.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and related reporting platforms.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including customer segmentation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing websites, landing pages, conversion optimization initiatives, and digital user experiences.
  • Familiarity with SEO, local search optimization, reputation management platforms, and emerging AI search platforms.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, including the use of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, and other emerging marketing technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting multi-location consumer-facing brands in hospitality, fitness, entertainment, retail, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
