Teleflora provides innovative marketing, education and technology to make sure our member florists get the resources they need to thrive, creating beautiful bouquets with keepsake vases delivered to your door.

Reporting to the Manager, Florist Marketing, the Florist Marketing Associate supports Teleflora's florist-facing marketing efforts through recurring B2B communications, Holiday Toolbox execution, website and resource updates, reporting and dashboard maintenance, sales materials, project coordination, and trade advertising support. Working closely with Marketing, Sales/Membership, Technology, and Operations, this role helps bring marketing initiatives to life while providing florist members and the Sales team with timely, practical resources.

This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description
  • Support the planning, drafting, QA, and deployment of florist-facing B2B communications, including weekly emails, Facebook updates, targeted shop messages, and dedicated emails.
  • Maintain the Florist Marketing communications calendar and coordinate timelines, feedback, approvals, and final deployment.
  • Support holiday campaign execution by submitting work orders, coordinating assets, and developing first-pass content for Manager review.
  • Pull and organize data, refresh dashboards, prepare recurring reports, check for inconsistencies, and draft first-pass status updates for Manager review.
  • Coordinate trade advertising deliverables by tracking deadlines, organizing specifications and materials, maintaining invoice documentation, and communicating with trade advertising partners.
  • Update and maintain content on the florist-facing website, including ongoing resource updates and site maintenance.
  • Assist with research and organize supporting materials for strategic projects and coordinate marketing materials for the Sales team.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, marketing operations, project coordination, email marketing, or a related role preferred.
  • Experience creating and coordinating business communications, such as email campaigns, newsletters, marketing materials, or sales collateral.
  • Experience supporting marketing projects from planning through execution, including managing timelines, approvals, and multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, with experience reviewing communications, reports, links, and marketing assets for accuracy and quality.
  • Comfortable working with data, including maintaining recurring reports or dashboards, identifying inconsistencies, and organizing information to support decision-making.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word) and familiarity with marketing technologies such as email marketing platforms, content management systems, project management tools, or reporting platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $33.00/hour.  Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
