THIS ROLE IS FULLY ON-SITE IN AUSTIN TEXAS

Job Overview

DaBella is one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the country. We are seeking a Data Analyst to support business growth through metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights. This role supports leadership and cross-functional teams by delivering accurate reporting, trend analysis, and scalable analytics solutions.

Location : On-Site, Austin, TX

Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Compensation: $75,000 - 90,000K

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, compile, analyze, and deliver data and reports needed across the organization
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret internal and external data to support business decisions
  • Develop, maintain, and manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
  • Create reporting templates and dashboards accessible to multiple levels of staff
  • Conduct basic and moderately complex analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable reports for management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements
  • Assist with the development of business requirements and specifications for data projects
  • Monitor, audit, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Support data governance, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement of reporting processes
  • Provide support and guidance to junior analysts or end users as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Proven experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI/data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other data analysis tools
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data querying
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
  • Understanding of data analysis techniques, dashboards, modeling, querying, and workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and draw logical conclusions
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Solid understanding of data sources, data organization, and reporting best practices
