Position Overview
Keep our communities fed.
Our focus is simple but meaningful, from our distribution centers to our offices - every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families, neighbors, and communities.
As a Merchandiser with Davidson Specialty Foods, you will become a key part of ensuring that local grocery stores have stocked shelves and can continue to supply their consumers.
Job Description
  • Pay - $19 - $22/hr (Per Experience)
  • Job Type - Full-Time
  • Territory - Boston Metro, but not limited to, Hyde Park, MA; Woburn, MA, Malden, MA, (Not limited to Waltham, MA, Jamaica Plain, MA, Revere, MA, Lexington, MA) (everything in between)

Schedule
  • 5-day work week (flexibility needed, Weekends/Holidays)
  • Flex start (7:00 am - 3:30 pm; 8:00 am - 4:00 pm; 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

You will contribute by:
  • Traveling daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in an assigned territory
  • Assisting with new display setups and resetting existing displays of product
  • Packing out grocery orders when needed
  • Following planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory accordingly
  • Cleaning, straightening, and organizing shelves
  • Remaining accountable to completion of work by assigned due dates
  • The nature of the role requires transportation to get to and from work
