Your day is spent managing two key areas: Relationships and the Facility. A commitment to making the site successful through empowering team members and developing meaningful relationships with children, families, team members, regulatory agencies, and the local community is essential. Directors are responsible for managing their assigned site in all areas of staffing, enrollment, and the physical facility. Your day may be filled with hiring, hosting enrollment events, scheduling maintenance, budgeting and reporting, staff development, or addressing parent or licensing questions.
