About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our finance team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you'll primarily support accounts payable and chargeback processing, with opportunities to take on additional accounting responsibilities as the team's needs evolve. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on financial work, and is looking for a stable, ongoing engagement.

What You'll Do
  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Review, research, and resolve chargebacks
  • Perform accurate, high-volume data entry into accounting systems
  • Reconcile invoices, statements, and vendor accounts
  • Assist with month-end close activities and other accounting tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with the Accountant and broader finance team on ad hoc projects and process improvements
  • Maintain organized documentation to support audit and compliance needs

Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting 
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Experience with Yooz (or similar AP automation software) a plus
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • A team player who is flexible and comfortable taking on new tasks as priorities shift
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
