Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time, entry-level Assembly Associate to support our production operations. This position focuses on basic manufacturing tasks, including inspecting parts, assembling components, deburring, and packaging finished products.
This position is compensated to reflect the scope of the role and is designed for individuals who are new to manufacturing or looking to start their career in a production environment. Prior experience is helpful but not required-we are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
The goal of this position is to ensure consistent quality and support the smooth flow of production.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Assemble components following written work instructions
  • Perform basic deburring and finishing of parts
  • Package finished components for shipment
  • Collect materials and tools required for each task
  • Take basic measurements to ensure proper fit and alignment
  • Visually inspect completed work for defects or inconsistencies
  • Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures
  • Report defective parts, issues, or concerns to supervisors

Job Requirements
  • Entry-level position; manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
