The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in hospitality-driven event production, thrives in fast-paced and guest-facing environments, and is passionate about building community through live experiences.

Core Responsibilities:

Programming Strategy & Hospitality integration

  • Develop and manage an annual programming calendar aligned with traffic-driving, revenue, and vendor performance objectives
  • Concept event series and programs that complement the culinary environment (chef collaborations, tasting events, beverage launches, live music, cultural moments, watch parties, art exhibitions, retail pop-ups, wellness series. etc.)
  • Ensure programming is operationally viable within a live restaurant setting
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to align programming with peak hours, staffing, and service capacity
  • Reinforce that all programming supports F&B sales, guest flow, and overall market performance

Event Execution & Onsite Leadership

  • Serve as the primary operational lead during all programming
  • Maintain a visible, professional, hospitality-forward presence
  • Orchestrate coordination between:
    • Culinary vendors
    • Central bars
    • FOH teams
    • Security and facilities
    • External vendors and talent
  • Oversee vendor load-in/load-out and ensure setup aligns with approved floorplans
  • Adjust room layout and staging to meet brand and operational standards
  • Ensure events begin and conclude on schedule
  • Oversee A/V coordination and technical requirements
  • Coordinate signage, rentals, and event material
  • Protect guest experience while balancing ongoing restaurant service

Vendor & Talent Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for programming partners and third-party vendors
  • Reinforce service standards with all external partners
  • Manage production communications across multiple channels to ensure clarity and accountability
  • Build a vetted network of local performers, DJs, chefs, instructors, and rental partners

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Market vendors to develop programming that drives sales and engagement
  • Partner closely with Marketing to align promotional strategy, social content, paid media, and creative needs
  • Work with Operations to ensure event feasibility and staffing alignment
  • Coordinate with Finance for budget tracking and invoicing

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track attendance, expenses, and vendor sales impact
  • Analyze programming ROI and recommend adjustments
  • Compile post-event recaps and performance summaries
  • Maintain a master programming calendar and reporting dashboard
  • Contribute programming metrics to monthly marketing and asset management reporting

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in event production, hospitality programming, experiential marketing, or venue management
  • Strong hospitality background (restaurant group, hotel, private club, cultural venue preferred)
  • Proven experience managing high-volume event calendars
  • Experience building BEOs and managing event management software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts
  • Experience coordinating A/V and live production elements
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends regularly
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and assist with light event setup as needed
