We are a well-established, high-production practice in Northern Virginia seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our team. Our practice has been serving the community for over 50 years and continues to grow, with strong patient flow and modern technology.

What We're Looking For:

  • Commitment to continuing education and clinical growth.
  • Active Virginia dental license.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience or completion of GPR/AEGD.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • 35โ€“40% of collections.
  • $200Kโ€“$400K+.
  • Health insurance.

Schedule (Key Details):

Sundays (8:30 AM โ€“ 2:00 PM).

Weekday evenings (Mondayโ€“Thursday):

  • Flexible scheduling (10โ€“6 or 12โ€“8) with opportunity to expand as volume grows.

Fridays & Saturdays (7:30 AM โ€“ 2:00 PM): Optional / as needed.

Ideal candidate is looking to start part-time and grow into a full-time role as the schedule expands.
