Description:Integrated Marketing Associate

Position Overview:

The Brand Marketing & Fan Development team at the Chicago Bulls drives fan development and support organizational growth through the utilization of owned marketing channels as well as promotional campaign planning, strategy, and execution. This team includes Integrated Marketing, Brand and Fan Development, Basketball Programming, Retail, and Events & Entertainment.


We are seeking a dedicated and creative Integrated Marketing Associate to join our team for the upcoming season. You will primarily be responsible for carrying out the Integrated Marketing Team’s initiatives. This will include responsibilities such as supporting gameday asset creation and distribution, grassroots initiatives, developing promotional and strategy plans, and more. In addition, to support the Brand and Fan Development Team with events and game night activations. Those in this role will work cross-functionally to not only assist the needs of the Brand Marketing & Fan Development team, but with teams across the organization.


This role will participate in the Bulls Rookie Program and is scheduled to start in September 2026 and continue until the conclusion of the 26-27 season.


Responsibilities:You will be part of a successful Integrated Marketing team while gaining relevant, hands-on, experience. More specifically, your responsibilities will range across the following:
  • Lead the development and execution of broadcast inventory including drop-in reads, tv and radio spots, and creative assets.
  • Participate in the development of effective copy, creative assets, and roll out of key initiatives and tentpole moments for the team and league.
  • Assist with coordination and activation of grassroots events including but not limited to, youth camps, retail events, watch parties, atrium activations, etc.
  • Interface directly with fans at games and events to ensure a legendary experience.
  • Support game day activations including ticketing programs, retail marketing programs and perform quality checks for in-arena digital and physical signage.
  • Manage creative requests and trafficking of all internal and external Integrated Marketing assets, including graphics and content for theme nights, ticket offers, events, Bulls Kid Nation, and more.
  • Support rollout of promotional assets around key moments of the season.
  • Order and maintain department inventory of event giveaways, signage, collateral, and fulfillment of all contest prizing.
  • Organization and inventory of the internal warehouse including gifting requests.
  • Develop and build creative deck materials, planning documents, and aid in research projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration (in Marketing or Business is preferred).
  • Previous internship experience, although not required, is strongly preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, including excellent copy editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work quickly in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to follow project work plans and a budget.
  • Strong social skills that reflect exclusive examples of integrity, preparation, collaboration, service and creativity.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent teammate, with positive energy, who has a desire to learn.
  • Have reliable means of transportation and can work nights and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits:

This role pays $20/hour and is eligible to earn overtime pay. The Chicago Bulls offer a relocation stipend for any candidates making a move to the state of Illinois.
